Place or subject: The whole of William's manor of la Reye [Rye] with homages, rents, services, customs, demesnes, meadows, pastures, gardens, mills, ponds, fishponds, fisheries, waters, ways, paths, woods, plains and all other appurtenances and liberties, named and not named, belonging to that manor, both within the vill and outside. For a certain sum of money paid in advance. To hold to Edmund and his heirs freely, quietly, entirely, well, in peace and inheritance without any reservation or reclaim of William or his heirs in the future.
