Place or subject: All William's right and claim in the manor of la Reye [Rye] with all appurtenances, liberties and free customs belonging to that manor, as in demesnes, homages, rents, services, customs and all other things, named and not named, both within the vill and outside. For a certain sum of money paid in advance. To hold to Edmund and his heirs without any reservation or reclaim of William or his heirs in the future.
