Description

Captured ship: St Antoine of Bruges (master Jan Schultz).

History: a Spanish Netherlands merchant ship (63 tons), bound from Nantes to Bruges, laden with wine and brandy; taken on 1/11 December 1691, off Barfleur by the privateer Bridget Galley (Robert Martell commanding), and brought into Portsmouth.
