Printed prize appeal from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Gibraltar.
Captured ship: Catharina Maria (master Joachim Rabe).
Nationality: Swedish.
History: bound from Harlingen, Holland to Barcelona, laden with wheat; taken on 13 May 1797 by the privateer General O'Hara (Andrea Nossardi commanding), and brought into Gibraltar.
Appellant: Jens Wolff merchant of London on behalf of Danish owners of the cargo.
The master.
Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 22 July 1801 (folios 157-165).
