Captured ship: Bernt Anker (master Christian William Rosing (previously Fabian Gunther deceased)).
Nationality: Danish.
History: bound from Surinam to Christiana, Norway, laden with sugar, coffee and cocoa; taken on 21 September 1798 by the privateer Princess Royal (Benjamin Cornish commanding), and brought into Martinique.
Appellant: The master on behalf of Bernt Anker the owner.
Respondent: The captor.
Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 15 July 1801 (folios 112-119).
Decision: to be restored.
