Printed prize appeal from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Martinique.
Captured ship: Fredericksdahl (master Bendix Bendixen).
Nationality: Danish.
History: bound from Copenhagen to Surinam, laden with iron, planks etc; taken on 14 June 1798 by the privateer Harlequin (Benjamin Cornish commanding), and brought into Martinique.
Appellant: The master on behalf of Toger Abo merchant of Copenhagen and other Danish merchants.
Respondent: The captor.
Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 15 July 1801 (folios 90-111).
Decision: to be restored.
