History: vessel (formerly English).
History: a French merchant ship (20 tons, men, previously English), bound from Morlaix to La Rochelle, laden with butter and hogshead staves; taken on 10/21 September 1745 by the privateers Greyhound (George Cooke commanding) and Squirrel (Nicholas Le Couter commanding), and brought into Topsham.
