Folio 246. Sheet of paper [relating to the case of Mr Fletcher [Thomas Swindell Fletcher]] listing under Droitwich Poor Law Union, Dodderhill parish, Mr Tolley and Mr Pratt, and under Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, Stoke Prior parish, Mr Fletcher, Medical Officer, and Thomas Pratt.
Annotated: [write] to Droitwich saying that they cannot be held liable for paying Mr Horton, and nor can Fletcher. Whether Fletcher neglected Pratt's wife and thus caused Horton to be called is another question. Ask if they should charge Fletcher with neglect.
