Folios 441-441A: James Nash, HMS Saint George, Hamaze. Reply to letter dated 12 June 1815 to report on Joseph Cassan. He states that it appears by the Salvador del Mundo's Books he was received from HMS Hibernia on 17 July 1814, rated a 3rd Class Boy, was checqued with Admiral Cave the 20 following for One Month and not returning at the expiration was Run on 16 August 1814. He also appears to have been on board HMS Impregnable on 2 November 1814 from Dublin by HMS Resolute bringing an Entry on 12 October [1814] and was discharged to HMS Pelorus on 5 November 1814, which shows that he stopped nearly two months over his leave before he went on board the Tender at Dublin. (Returning the enclosure [not present]).
