Folios 464-465: Joshua Sydney Horton, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Replying to the letter of 10 April. Richard Robinson, born in Liverpool, was pressed by Lieutenant Clarke on 3 April as an Able Seaman. He arrived as Mate of the Sarah, from Barbados, and reported that he was to sail as Mate of the Irlam, but had no documents. He returns the enclosure. P.S: S.J. Garcia, a Swede who was directed to be discharged in the letter of 7 April, was sent to Plymouth on HMS Pheasant o 26 March.
Folios 466-467: enclosure with folios 464-465. Letter dated 8 April 1809 from Francis O'Neill and Sons, Liverpool, to The Admiralty. Ask the terms for the discharge of Richard Robinson, Seaman, who was pressed on 3 April.
