Advises that he is leaving town to go to Worthing on the advice of his surgeons and that the report on his wounds has been laid before HRH the Prince Regent and to request that when it is laid before the Board, payment is made as soon as urgency to other business may admit and that, if any evidence arrives relating to his Court Martial it is heard as soon as possible.
