Plaintiffs: Bejamin Bruen, esq.

Defendants: Margaret White widow, John White, esq, since deceased, Maragret White, infant and only child of said John White, by John Joliffe, esq her guardian (now the wife of John Dinely, esq), Mary Bruen, Charles Armand Powlett, esq and Elizabeth Armand Powlett his wife, executrix of Richard Dashwood, esq deceased, John Cotton, esq, George Woodcroft gent and others.

AND.

Plaintiffs: John Cotton and George Woodcroft.

Defendants: Margaret White widow, Margaret White the infant by said Margaret White her mother and guardian, Richard Dashwood and others.
