Accounts in:

Short title: Hone v Medcraft.

Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Hone alias Elizabeth Vane, widow, one of the executors, devisees and residuary legatees named in the will of Thomas James Selby, esq, deceased.

Defendants: Rachael Medcraft, Ellen Wells spinster, John Franklyn, Henrietta Franklyn spinster and Elizabeth Franklyn spinster, both infants by said John Franklyn their uncle and guardian, Samuel Selby, Oliver Thorne, William Lowndes, esq, Daniel Shipton clerk and Temperance Shipton his wife (late Temperance Bedford spinster), Sir Rowland Alston bart, John Lord, Richard Filkes, Attorney General and others.

AND.

Plaintiffs: William Lowndes.

Defendants: Ellen Wells, John Franklyn, Henrietta Franklyn and Elizabeth Franklyn both infants by said John Franklyn their uncle and guardian, Sir Rowland Alston bart, Samuel Selby, Oliver Thorne, Elizabeth King, Elizabeth Hone alias Elizabeth Vane and others.
