Plaintiffs: William Thomas Sheppard, Maria Sheppard and Elizabeth Sheppard the younger, both infants by Banjamin Sheppard, esq their uncle and next friend, Dorothy Cotton, Eliza Cotton, infant by Dorothy Cotton her aunt and next friend, Revd William Vyse, doctor of laws, William Sneyd, esq, Hannah Ashton and Jane Sill.
Defendants: Thomas Mills, Sir William Milner bart, Sir Henry Cavendish bart, Richard Cotton and Revd James Falconer.
Subject: estates in Crakemarsh, Creighton, Checkley, Stramshall and Uttoxeter, Staffordshire and Thornton, Buckinghamshire.
