William Marsden. Are sending a report from Mr. Greetham on the question of false musters on the Spider armed brig. Mr. Rouse, one of the owners, Mr. Green the Master, and Mr. Stepehens, a Victualler, have been bailed to answer the charge at the next assize at Winchester. Have ordered to withhold pay from the Spider and ask for approval.
