Philip Stephens. George Marshall, Surgeon, petitions for dispensation for want of his accounts for the Liverpool because of the loss of the Augusta, when those stores transferred there were lost with the ship. We referred the application to the Sick and Hurt Board, who opine that as Mr. Marshall has given a satisfactory account of the expenditure of stores in the ship, except such part as took to the Augusta, it may be reasonable to dispense with the want of a journal for the Liverpool and to give him credit in account for the lost stores. Opine dispensation can be granted for the want of his journal and accounts.
