Philip Stephens. Captain Chamberlayne has petitioned to be paid for the little time he acted as Captain of the Squirrel, without passing an account for her. Opine that as he only commanded the ship for a short time, has passed his accounts at the Victualling Office and there are no imprests against him in this or the Sick and Hurt Offices, his request should be complied with.
