Philip Stephens. Have directed the contract Riggers to continue on board the frigates fitting out in the River to assist in navigating them until their arrival at the Nore instead of Longreach. Have been obliged to give them 3s. per day and their victuals until their arrival at the Nore and ask for an order for Captains to victual them whilst on board and discharge them as soon as they can be spared, giving them a certificate of the number on board and the time they were employed.
