- Folios 202-203. Letter from William Powell, Clerk to the Guardians of the Newport Pagnell Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, enclosing the list of expenditures for the parishes of the union for the years 1837, 1838 and 1839 together with the average for the three years. He also states that the list was submitted to the board of guardians the previous day and approved. Enclosed is the list of expenditures and averages for each parish. Paper Number: 6031/A/1839.
