- John Nocher convicted at Edinburgh on 11 September 1826 for assault with intent to commit a rape.
- [Thomas Stanger convicted at Newgate on 14 September 1826 for embezzlement]
- [Thomas Cox convicted at Newgate on 14 September 1826 for stealing a watch]
- John Johnson convicted at Newgate on 14 September 1826 for stealing a cask of white lead.
