- Folio 214. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to R M Hodge [Richard Michell Hodge], Clerk to the Guardians of the Truro Poor Law Union relating to the information on medical officers entered on the annual return of guardians' paid officers, stating that the particulars submitted are incomplete. The areas of two districts covered by the medical officers' exceed the limit fixed by the Commission for which a special minute should have been sent up by the guardians and submitted to the Commission for its consent. The Commission requests that the forms be filled and forwarded to them with a copy of the minute referring to the districts. Paper Number: 1500/A/1844. Poor Law Union Number 57. Counties: Cornwall.
