Second Report into the Administration of Civil and Criminal Justice in the West Indies: St Vincent and Dominica, 6 March 1826, Commissioner Dwarris. Volume includes manuscript copies of the two reports [138 folios] together with an appendix giving the detailed examinations, in question and answer form, of witnesses in St Vincent, Dominica, Antigua, Nevis, St Christopher [St Kitts], the Virgin Islands, and Tortola.
