- The Earl of Suffolk requests payment of all sums due from Easter 1398 onwards of his £29 annuity from the issues of the city of Winchester, and the £47 13s 4d annuity from the issues of the castle of Rockingham and the forests and hundreds between the bridges of Oxford and Stamford. These were granted to his father in exchange for his annuity of £120 from the customs of Hull, and were restored to him following the reversal of his father's forfeiture during the last parliament.
