- The Earl of Suffolk requests that the reversion of the manor of Costessy be restored to him and his heirs. He states that the reversion of this manor, after the death of Isabella, Countess of Suffolk, was granted to his father with other lands in exchange for an annuity from the customs of Hull, but it was taken into the king's hands following his father's forfeiture. This forfeiture has now been annulled, but the reversion to this manor was granted to the Duke of York, and has not yet been restored to him.
