- Thomas Percy requests permission to grant the advowson of Wressle, not held of the King, to the Prior and convent of Drax, and permission for the Prior to appropriate and hold it for his own use to himself and his successors; and in return the Prior and convent will enfeoff him with the manor of Hilton in Cleveland, and with other lands in Waplington. He asks that this might be done without fee or fine, in consideration of the poverty of the house and the relative value of the lands.
