Puseie requests that . . . Chancery and that a remedy is ordained and that a writ is granted to the justices to proceed in his plea as he has sued a writ of cosinage against John de Bures and his wife for the manor of Alvescot, but they have answered that they cannot answer without the king as the king granted to Robert de Mosegroos . . . He has petitioned before in parliament where the council responded that he should have a writ to the justices to bring the record into Chancery, but the chancellor did not wish to grant this.
