Description

John Clevland. Mr Allix, Agent to Captain Speke of the Kent, has written that his accounts are stopped for want of two orders from Admiral Watson for bearing supernumeraries which have been lost. He has asked that they can be dispensed with. Opine that as Vice Admiral Watson is dead we have no objection to them being dispensed with
