John Clevland. Commissioner Colby at Gibraltar informs there is a need for Masons and Bricklayers for carrying on the works there. Have procured the men listed overleaf from Portsmouth and Plymouth who are willing to go. Propose the Captain of the Jersey is ordered to receive and carry them there from Portsmouth and victual them on their passage and similar orders should be given to the Officer commanding the Ipswich Hulk for those from Plymouth
