The Comptroller of the Navy informs that an enquiry into several branches of business in his office has shown the accounts of the naval officers and others both abroad and at home are in arrears. He has set one of his clerks to bring up the said accounts and asks for his salary to be raised from £80 to £100 per annum. Recommend the payment
