de Wylughby (Willoughby), Thomas

Lords of parliament.
Nature of request
Thomas de Wylughby states that the constables of Frampton, Kirton, Algarkirk, Sutterton, Wigtoft, Surfleet, Gosberton, Bicker, and Quadring, at the command of William Driby distrained both his tenants and other tenants of these vills to find men at arms and archers to fight the King when he was Duke of Lancaster, and to resist his plans for the salvation of the realm. He asks that they might be summoned before the council to show their warrant for doing this, and, if they can show no warrant, that they should be forced to pay these sums back, and should be punished appropriately.
