Description

Copy letter from the Board to Commissioner Hughes. Mr Winnington, Solicitor to the Admiralty and Navy, refers to an Act in the time of Henry VIII for preventing soil, sullage or ballasting being thrown into the harbour and recommends strict orders to prevent it and the offenders should be proceeded against
