Description

Secretary of the Admiralty. The ship hired for carrying two regiments of dragoons to Flanders will be ready next Tuesday or Wednesday. Ask what orders are to be given to their Masters and under what convoy they should proceed and if another person should be appointed to attend if Mr Conway does not return in time
