- Ralph de Arondel, through his guardian and closest kinsman William Cary, requests restitution of the third part of the hundred of Penwith in Cornwall, currently in the king's hands, which was granted to Richard, Earl of Cornwall, by John de Unfravylle, wrongly, as the hundred belonged to his wife Alice, Ralph's ancestor, and John had nothing in it except by reason of coverture.
