Ralph de Arondel, through his guardian and closest kinsman William Cary, requests restitution of the third part of the hundred of Penwith in Cornwall, currently in the king's hands, which was granted to Richard, Earl of Cornwall, by John de Unfravylle, wrongly, as the hundred belonged to his wife Alice, Ralph's ancestor, and John had nothing in it except by reason of coverture.

This bill is to be sent into Chancery and there, when the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer, the king's Justices and Serjeants, and other necessary people have been called, justice is to be done.
