Transmits for approval copies of the following Acts: No. 380, 'An Act to exempt vessels engaged in Her Majesty's Service as Transports, from payment of all Tonnage and other Port dues'; No. 381, 'An Act to repeal the Governor's fees Regulation Act, and to make other provisions in lieu thereof'; No. 382, 'An Act to legalise the expenditure of certain sums of money paid from the General Revenue for the service of the year 1873 in addition to sums already appropriated'; and No. 383, 'An Act to make provision for Bank Holidays'. All sanctioned by Colonial Office. [Copies of Acts are not included].
