Forwards copy of letter from William Hepburn Rennie, lieutenant governor of St Vincent, noting an error in a statement by the lieutenant governor of Bengal that St Vincent does not guarantee a minimum wage to Indian migrant workers. This matter is, in fact, covered by the Immigration Act, No. 158 of 1859.
