Folio 15: Albemarle to Bedford. Explaining an alteration to the sketch of instructions to the Commissaries [SP 78/233 f. 321] made in translation, claimed by the French as an error. Returns the sketch, proposing a strenghthened paragraph about sea limits put forward by Mildmay [f. 19]. Encloses a memorial from Puyzieulx about Nevis. Puyzieulx is grateful for Boscawen's rescue of French sailors in a storm. France will encourage Sweden to make concessions to Russia. Encloses naval intelligence. De la Cerda, senior, is Portuguese envoy in France.
