Defendants: Sir Simon Stewart kt, Mary Stewart now said to be his wife, and late the wife of the said Sir Thomas Reresbye, Richard Tomson, Edward Robinson, Thomas Anger alias William Anger, and John Clarke.
Subject: Rescue of the said Sir Simon Stewart from arrest in Thames Street in a suit for money obtained as composition for rights in the name of Great and Little Dalton, Thrybergh, Denaby, and Mexborough in consideration of his marriage, now disavowed.
