Defendants: Edward Hutchins, clerk, Jane Hutchins his wife, Thomas Hutchins his son, attorney-at-law, Francis Sherer, son and executor of William Sherer of Brinkworth, Sibill Sherer his wife, daughter of the said Edward Hutchins, John Hughes, John Rickettes, and others.
Subject: Forcible entries, depasturing of land in Dauntsey conveyed by the said William Sherer to plainitff Thomas Richman, his son-in-law, collusive suit concerning the same assaults, etc.
