Plaintiffs: Robert Rogers, yeoman, and William Longhurst, husbandman.
Defendants: Richard Lovitt, vicar of Leatherhead, Hugh Davies of the same, turner, Randal Eades, bailiff of the hundred of Copthorne, and John Rotherham of Ashtead and Christopher Plompton, yeomen.
Subject: Forgery of bonds for appearance of the said William Longhurst to an action of trespass.
Surrey.
