Plaintiffs: Sir John Rotheram kt of Somerys, Bedfordshire, son and heir of George Rotheram, esq.
Defendants: Robert Raylton, town-clerk of Canterbury, and Whittingham Woode, gent.
Subject: Forcible ouster from a messuage, garden, and orchard in St Margaret's, Canterbury, false transcript pf proceedings certified under a writ of error from the King's Bench and divers extortions.
