Plaintiffs: Sir John Rogers kt of Bryanston, son of Sir Richard Rogers kt, deceased.
Defendants: Sir Anthony Ashley kt of Wimborne, St Giles, JP, John Hancooke and John Hyde, his servants, Richard Busher, gent, and others.
Subject: Obtaining from Thomas Rogers, brother of plaintiff Sir John Rogers, recently insane, a grant of the manor of Hinton Martell for unreal considerations, maintenance of a suit for the same, interruption of a court there, and forcible ouster.
