Plaintiffs: William Roe, gent, and Thomas Roe, yeoman, both of Walton, sons of Thomas Roe, and overseers of the will of Elizabeth Withey, their sister.
Defendants: Andrew Whittington, John Withey of Glastonbury, flock drier [?], Alexander Withey, husbandman, William Withey of Street, weaver, William Champion of Shapwick, Richard Hurman of Walton, yeoman, John Callow of Compton Dando, weaver, and others.
Subject: Extortion of money for occupying lands in Street, late of George Withey, deceased, husband of the said Elizabeth Withey, obtaining administration of his goods, detention of plaintiff William Roe's and Thomas Roe's goods there, etc.
