Defendants: Robert Tyrwhitt, recusant, John Ellis, esq of Kiddall, late his guardian, Nicholas [S]turton, Thomas Wyde alias Thomas Ward, Robert Wainwright, Rowland Bulfett, Ellen Grey, wife of Thomas Grey, and others.
Subject: Forcible entries, assaults on plaintiff Anthony Robertes' servants, and cutting and carrying corn at Attercliffe Hall, demised to said plaintiff by the first-named defendant Robert Tyrwhitt.
