Plaintiffs: Anthony Robertes, gent of Attercliffe.

Defendants: Jervase Kirke, and Nicholas Kirke of Arston, yeomen, George Goodlad, John Squier, gent of Carlton in Nottinghamshire, William Turner, yeoman, and others.

Subject: Forcible entries, assaults on plaintiff Anthony Robertes's servants, and cattle-driving at Thorpe Salvin, cutting and carrying corn, resistance to arrest, etc.
