Defendants: Sir Philip Tyrwhitt bart, Sir Gervase Clifton bart, Sir Edward Tyrwhitt kt, brother-in-law of the said Sir George [St Pawle ?], John Thorold, late sheriff, Sir William Armyre kt, Sir Francis Baylden kt, Christopher Beresford, esq, feodary, William Brighowse, Francis Harrison, gent, Thomas Nayler, gent, Robert Smyth, eschestor, Robert Huddelston, and others.
Subject: Forcible entries and damage in Walton Ryland, and elsewhere, perjury in the Court of Wards concerning a conveyance by the said Sir George St Pawle of the manors of Snarford, Snelland, Faldingworth, Bassingham, and Laceby and lands there and in West Torrington, Welton, and Ryland, conspiracy to bring a charge of forgery against Nicholas Hamerton, feoffee to uses, packing a commission and a jury, etc.
