Description

Short title: Rawlyns v Brewer.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Rawlyns, gent.

Defendants: John Brewer, John Tryler, John Elfe, Anne Miricke, Elizabeth Brewer, John Elfe, and others.

Subject: Destruction of enclosures at Peachley in Hallow 'in the tyme of the late stirr and tumulte in the countyes of Warrwicke, Leicester and Northampton' and assaults on plaintiff Thomas Rawlyns and his wife and servant.
