Short title: Rayle v Launder.

Plaintiffs: John Rayle of Illogan, yeoman.

Defendants: Thomas Launder, gent of Illogan and Mary Mannell, late of Penryn.

Subject: Perjury in an action at Launceston assizes for assault between Helston and Wendron.
