Plaintiffs: John Rogers, yeoman, and Simon Osboldston, his son-in-law, both of South Cadbury.
Defendants: Thomas Nurse, gent of Lincoln's Inn, William Roe, late plaintiff's attorney, Nicholas Gallopp, guardian in socage to Anne Sampson and Katherine Inges, daughters and heirs of William Sampson, Philip Inges, husband of the said Katherine Inges, Lawrence Michell of Sherborne, yeoman, Gerard Fudge, yeoman, occupier to uses, and others.
Subject: Bribery of the said William Roe to obtain a renewal of his own proceedings in a suit for messuages, lands, etc, in Milborne Port, Kingsbury, and Horton, late of William Sampson, grandfather of the said William Sampson, champerty, forcible ouster, destruction of one of the said messuages, and assault on plaintiff John Rogers's tenant.
