Short Title: Attorney General v Thwaites.

[Cause code: SCEL-13673].

Plaintiffs: Attorney General (Edward Coke).

Defendants: Richard Thwayts of Hardingham, Thomas Annas [Amyas] and others.

County: Norfolk.

Subject: a cause between Thomas Thwayte of Hardingham esq and Richard Thwaites one of this younger sons of the one part and Antony Thwayte eldest son of the said Thomas and Frances his wife; to be settled in the county by commissioners [see the 1588 case Thwaites v Amyas].
