Description

Prisons and Prisoners; Colonies.

Letter from William Crawford and John Perry, Visitors of Parkhurst Prison, transmitting the explanation of the governor, George Hall, regarding his correspondence with the South Australian Company and encloses a letter from David McLaren, Manager of the South Australian Company of New Broad Street, regarding whether the government should send prisoners from Parkhurst to the colony.
